- Shape technical direction, making trade-offs explicit and aligning with business impact, reliability, maintainability, and delivery speed.
- Decompose the monolithic financial platform into domain-oriented services.
- Improve system quality through simpler architecture, better observability, cleaner APIs, automated testing, and reduced operational complexity.
- Use production data and operational signals to identify risks, propose, and implement improvements.
- Mentor junior and mid-level engineers, conduct code reviews, share architectural context, and raise the team's technical bar.
