Anforderungen
- Master’s degree in management, business, economics, finance, law or related discipline from a Swiss university, with strong academic performance
- 6 to 8 years experience in business development, strategy, consulting, or related commercial function in Big4 or professional services
- Expertise in pipeline and pursuit management, opportunity identification and qualification, strategic pursuit coordination, and proposal/RFP response development
- Excellent financial and research foundations for market, client, competitor, and sector analyses, translating insights into actionable recommendations
- Advanced command of Excel and PowerPoint for structuring, analyzing, and presenting complex information
- Experience coordinating complex cross-border initiatives and working with partners, leadership, and multidisciplinary colleagues
- Sound understanding of financial services and regulated industries, interest in risk, legal, regulatory, compliance, and market developments
- Experience supporting practice visibility, market positioning, and external engagement through professional, industry, or media channels

- Conduct market, sector, and client analysis
