Anforderungen
- Master's degree (law, business, or accountancy preferred)
- Minimum 5 years compliance/regulatory enforcement in financial sector, including 3 years as compliance officer in sizeable financial organization (or equivalent)
- Strong knowledge of compliance regulations and regulatory environment
- Good knowledge of reinsurance principles and business processes
- Ability to anticipate compliance risks
- Client-service mentality, quality-focused, results-oriented
- Strong organizational skills, agility, ability to prioritize multiple projects
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and within virtual/international teams
- Diplomatic sensitivity and multi-stakeholder management

- Rigorous methodology combined with pragmatic approach
- High level of integrity
- Fluency in English (required)
- French or German (preferred)
- Process design experience and/or OPEX certification (or equivalent)
- Ability to structure complex data and logical analysis
- Openness to AI, GenAI, or automation practices
Aufgaben
- Attend Board of Management meetings as invitee/counselor
- Provide independent compliance guidance
- Ensure compliance in strategic decision-making
- Manage and coordinate local compliance activities
- Ensure regulatory position vis-à-vis FINMA
- Hold Anti-Financial Crime Function, including Anti-Fraud Coordinator role
- Advise on lawful, ethical business conduct
- Prevent and detect violations
- Identify and manage compliance risks
- Advocate reinsurance compliance positions with regulators
- Monitor and implement FINMA regulatory developments
- Report quarterly to the Board of Directors
- Define and update compliance requirements
- Implement compliance standards and rules
- Support Compliance Reviews, Training, and Communications
- Track and monitor new regulatory developments
- Support economic sanctions screening, helpdesk, and advisory
- Liaise with Allianz Trade Group functions and Regions
