Anforderungen
- Experience with ETL tools, Python, Power BI, SQL, data management tools
- Good understanding of Finance data structures, reporting requirements, data quality
- Fundamental understanding of Generative AI tools and applications
- Demonstrate Agentic AI use for productivity, analysis, documentation, reporting, decision-making
- Exposure to Python/PySpark, AI/ML concepts, advanced analytics, data modelling
- Experience with automation tools (VBA, UiPath, Power Automate) is advantageous
- Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills for client-ready outputs
- Ability to build/support prototypes, analytical models, dashboards, automation solutions
- Awareness of emerging technologies (AI, ML, automation, cloud finance platforms)
- Minimum 2-4 years experience in finance transformation, consulting, analytics, automation, data, digital transformation
- Experience on business projects with central role of technology, data, or automation
- Experience in delivery of finance transformation, automation, or technology-enabled improvement projects
- Strong understanding of present CFO challenges (cost pressure, reporting, forecasting, efficiency, data quality, governance, real-time insights)
- Experience working with Finance functions (Record-to-Report, Procure-to-Pay, Order-to-Cash, FP&A, etc.)
- Strong problem-solving, analytical thinking, communication, stakeholder management skills
- Academic background in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, Engineering, STEM, Data Analytics, Information Systems or related field
- Professional qualification (ACCA, ACA, CFA, CIMA or equivalent) is advantageous but not mandatory
- Additional certifications in Power BI, data analytics, automation, AI, cloud platforms, project management, finance transformation considered positively

- Contribute to project planning and presentations
- Support proposal and roadmap development
- Build internal AI and automation capabilities
