Anforderungen
- Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or related field
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA) qualification advantageous
- More than 7 years accounting, controlling or financial analysis experience
- Strong accounting knowledge (month-end close, financial statement analysis, Swiss statutory accounting and tax, IFRS Group reporting)
- Controlling mindset (challenge numbers, understand business drivers, identify root causes, manage financial risks)
- Advanced Excel skills and Power BI or similar reporting tools experience
- Practical AI tools or automation experience advantageous
- ERP experience, preferably Oracle; consolidation tools exposure (e.g. Oracle FCCS) is a plus
- Mandatory English proficiency; French or German knowledge advantageous
- Analytical and data-driven mindset with proactive, solution-oriented approach
- Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, perform under pressure, stress resilient
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, international team collaboration experience
Aufgaben
- Lead monthly P&L review and analyze variances
- Review monthly balance sheet and account reconciliations
- Oversee provisions, accruals, intercompany balances, and reconciliations
- Prepare financial analysis and management commentary for leadership
- Prepare annual and interim corporate income tax computations
- Prepare CIT package for review and coordinate with tax advisors
- Own the statutory reporting calendar and ensure timely filings
- Support preparation of Swiss statutory financial statements
- Coordinate external audit, prepare PBC list, and respond to queries
- Collaborate and communicate with the Shared Service Centre
- Review Shared Service Centre deliverables and maintain internal control documentation
- Contribute to automation and reporting improvements
