- Purification experience (IgG, UF/DF, viral clearance, formulation, scale-up)
- Pilot scale experience (cell culture, single-use systems, scale-up, process consistency, control strategy)
- Analytical development experience (protein chemistry, biomolecular, bioanalytical methods)
- Fluent English
- German language skills desirable

- Generate and collect high-quality data
- Collaborate with scientists and lab technicians
- Contribute to lab equipment maintenance and qualification
- Help establish working instructions for lab equipment
- Ensure proper workplace maintenance
- Order raw materials and consumables as needed
- Share and implement lab and equipment best practices
- Facilitate improvements to departmental processes
- Report issues promptly
- Support other departmental activities flexibly
- Pursue continuous professional development
