Aufgaben
- Act as a legal business partner to Product Areas, Lifecycles, and Global Functions in RIS
- Support RIS teams in all legal matters
- Collaborate with other legal teams on overarching projects in Data, Digital, and Privacy
- Provide high-impact legal guidance for digital health business
- Offer expert legal advice on data privacy, AI, and software commercialization
- Draft and negotiate complex agreements, including IT licenses, R&D, and strategic partnerships
- Lead legal coordination for digital and IT projects
- Ensure compliance with global data privacy and cybersecurity standards
- Develop and implement legal strategies and data privacy policies
- Educate and train global teams on IT law and AI regulations
- Support the DDP Legal Function and influence group-wide legal standards
