Aufgaben
- Define and implement global Integrity procedures, including awareness and training
- Provide legal advice and contract support
- Manage dispute resolution and provide integrity and regulatory guidance
- Act as secretary to a Board committee
- Embed values of integrity, responsibility, and sustainable growth into the legal and compliance framework
- Support continuous improvement and implementation of Global Integrity and data privacy procedures, including the Group Code of Conduct, in collaboration with the Group Integrity Officer
- Design and deliver awareness and training concepts, content, delivery modes, training administration, and reporting, including risk-/cost-/efficiency-based make/buy decisions
- Leverage AI technology in awareness and training
- Manage parts of the Accelleron global compliance program, including internal controls, data analytics, and AI-assistance for preventing and detecting possible breaches
- Support implementation and operation of retaliation-free reporting channels
- Manage internal investigations, coordinating with outside resources, including case resolution, disciplinary action, and remediation
- Structure, draft, review, and negotiate strategic collaboration agreements, joint venture agreements, and M&A agreements
- Manage respective deal processes, including outside counsel management and cost
- Conduct due diligence and assess risks in corporate deals along Accelleron risk posture
- Provide legal advice to global management and local teams
- Protect the legal interests of the organization
- Manage dispute matters
- Design contract standards
- Provide contract reviews and negotiation support for all commercial agreements
- Design and deliver appropriate trainings
- Act as part of the global Legal, Integrity & Intellectual Property team
- Participate in global projects, including on legal technology
- Collaborate within the function globally
- Act as Secretary of a committee of the Board of Directors
- Support on regulatory developments relevant to business and strategy
- Support Group Trade Compliance Officer on sanctions and export controls management
- Manage external service providers, including external legal counsel, along agreed financial targets and constraints
