- Manage Offers & Orders transformation activities with airlines
- Liaise with the standards development team
- Drive industry awareness activities, including webinars, events, and campaigns
- Support airlines with implementation
- Provide industry best practices
- Lead coordination and delivery of the annual IATA Offers & Orders Forum
- Develop the agenda for the IATA Offers & Orders Forum
- Manage speakers for the IATA Offers & Orders Forum
- Moderate the IATA Offers & Orders Forum
- Manage follow-up actions for the IATA Offers & Orders Forum
- Serve as the primary IATA focal point for airlines implementing Offers & Orders solutions with technology providers
- Contribute to the IATA Retailing Consortium
- Capture implementation lessons learned
- Develop industry best practices
- Organize and facilitate workshops on Offers & Orders transformation
- Organize and facilitate workshops on implementation approaches
- Organize and facilitate workshops on business process changes
- Organize and facilitate workshops on transition planning
- Engage with airlines, vendors, and implementation partners
- Monitor industry progress
- Identify common challenges
- Collect implementation feedback
- Collaborate with IATA standards groups to improve Offers & Orders standards
- Maintain close coordination with the Passenger Standards Conference (PSC)
- Track standards development
- Support the annual industry survey
- Support the maturity assessment of “Order as the Master Record” adoption
- Produce implementation insights
- Produce adoption reports
- Produce recommendations to accelerate industry transformation
- Support IATA's strategic initiatives related to the future evolution of airline retailing
- Support emerging opportunities enabled by Agentic AI
