Anforderungen
- 5-10 years tax accounting experience, ideally in international environment (in-house, professional services, or Big 4)
- Strong tax or audit background with solid IAS 12 and/or ASC 740 knowledge
- Experience designing, executing, and supervising tax audit procedures for multinational headquarters as primary audit team member
- Ability to assess and analyze tax accounting implications of complex transactions
- Knowledge of Pillar Two (advantageous)
- Advanced Excel skills for managing and analyzing large, complex spreadsheets
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with effective communication abilities
- Fluency in English (required); proficiency in French (advantageous)
Aufgaben
- Liaise with international clients and colleagues on direct tax accounting issues
- Participate in tax audits of international groups and entities in Switzerland
- Contribute knowledge to BEPS2.0 projects
- Lead clients on established accounts
- Seek process improvement opportunities
- Implement services for new clients
- Manage account resourcing, budget, and delivery
- Develop and coach the team, including global EY-Shared-Service-Center structures
