- Bachelor's or master's degree in IT, engineering, or related field
- IPMA Level C, ITIL Managing Professional, or similar certifications

Aufgaben
- Lead infrastructure, cloud, and technology transformation initiatives
- Manage project scope, timelines, budgets, and resources
- Report regularly to senior management and steering committees
- Drive public cloud adoption, migration, and modernization on Microsoft Azure
- Align and drive decision-making across business, delivery, engineering, architecture, and security teams
- Manage relationships with internal stakeholders, external vendors, and consulting partners
- Oversee risk mitigation, issue resolution, and escalation management
- Ensure compliance with banking regulations, security requirements, and internal policies
- Drive change management, including communication, user adoption, and training
- Ensure successful handover of delivered solutions into operational support
