- Technical education as Process Engineer, Chemical Engineer, Pharmaceutical Engineer, Biotechnology Engineer, or equivalent
- Strong experience in process engineering and industrial project execution
- Strong management potential and industrial culture
- Ability to monitor project management for technical and economic success
- Coordination skills and high level of rigor
- Ability to apply ISO 9001 quality procedures and ensure site safety
- Good interpersonal and technical negotiation skills with customers and suppliers

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and MS Project

Aufgaben
- Manage projects from conception to completion
- Achieve technical, financial, and planning objectives
- Serve as the local customer contact
- Perform process engineering studies and calculations
- Design process engineering activities
- Prepare process flow diagrams (PFDs)
- Prepare piping and instrumentation diagrams (P&IDs)
- Evaluate technical and financial supplier bids
- Supervise technical activities during installation
- Supervise technical activities during commissioning
- Act as Lead Engineer with technical coordination
- Train participating technicians
- Support participating technicians
- Prepare technical quotations
- Prepare commercial quotations
- Report on local activity development to the office director
