- Deep interest in NPC product portfolio
- Proven leadership track record of leading large, cross-functional teams
- Ability to motivate and steer technical specialists and leaders
- Knowledge sharing, inspiring, guiding, and coaching others
- Business-fluent English
- German language skills (plus)
- Navigating all hierarchical stakeholder levels
- Communicating and presenting complex topics clearly
- Experience in design transfer projects
- Experience managing R&D, Operations, and external partner interface
- Strategies to manage dynamic and complex projects with high uncertainty
- Experience setting up global manufacturing networks
- Experience navigating multi-partner contract landscapes (CMOs, suppliers)
- Experience steering technical changes across value chain

- Assume functional responsibility for large, multi-level teams

- Ensure adherence to core project goals (budget, timeline, outcome)
- Drive independent problem-solving and strategic decision-making
- Adapt project plans to changing requirements
- Align project plans with overarching goals
- Collaborate closely with other functions within MSAT and NPC Operations
- Collaborate with Research & Development and external partners
- Coordinate diverse stakeholders across multiple functions and hierarchical levels
- Coordinate external partners to ensure seamless information flow
- Coordinate external partners for project alignment
