- Acquire new business partners
- Continuously develop existing customer relationships
- Understand customer needs by leveraging technical expertise and sales experience
- Clearly articulate the value of electric motors and variable frequency drives (low voltage and medium voltage)
- Advise customers on electric motors and variable frequency drives (LV & MV)
- Present solutions tailored to customer technical and business requirements
- Clearly communicate product benefits, including improved energy efficiency and reduced CO₂ emissions
- Build trust with customers
- Identify key stakeholders
- Strategically position our solutions
- Monitor trends in the drives and motion industry
- Contribute innovative ideas
