Anforderungen
- 7+ years Salesforce platform experience with hands-on development
- Advanced Apex, Lightning Web Components, SOQL, Salesforce data modeling, Flow, and automation
- Strong experience designing REST APIs, enterprise integrations, and secure Salesforce solutions
- Experience with Git-based development, CI/CD, automated testing, debugging, and production support
- Hands-on experience developing AI-enabled applications (Agentforce, generative AI, LLMs, RAG, AI agents, semantic search)
- Strong ability to translate complex technical and business requirements into secure, scalable production solutions
- Excellent technical documentation, troubleshooting, and communication skills
- Preferred: Slack development and integration (APIs, applications, bots, workflows, OAuth, Events API, webhooks)
- Preferred: Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, Data Cloud, Agentforce
- Preferred: MuleSoft or comparable integration platforms
- Preferred: AWS, Azure, or comparable cloud services
- Preferred: Enterprise API architecture, identity and access management, modern data platforms
- Preferred: Experience in SaaS, cybersecurity, or fast-growing global technology organization
- Preferred: Relevant Salesforce certifications (Platform Developer I/II, architecture credentials)
Aufgaben
- Design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain scalable Salesforce solutions
- Build AI-enabled solutions using Salesforce Agentforce, generative AI, and LLM APIs
- Develop Salesforce and Slack integrations, applications, workflows, and AI-powered experiences
- Design secure and reliable integrations between Salesforce and enterprise systems
- Partner with GTM Architecture, Security, Data, and Infrastructure teams
- Apply modern software engineering practices including Git, CI/CD, and code reviews
- Troubleshoot complex production issues and improve application performance
