- Ensure inventory accuracy through control processes and cycle counting
- Maintain integrity of inventory transactions and ERP data
- Analyze inventory trends and implement corrective actions
- Provide inventory reporting and financial information
- Lead, coach, and develop the logistics team
- Establish clear performance expectations and provide feedback
- Conduct performance reviews and talent development discussions
- Foster a culture of accountability and continuous improvement
- Ensure adequate staffing, training, and skill development
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives for safety, quality, service, and cost
- Apply Lean Manufacturing and Operational Excellence methodologies
- Identify process inefficiencies and lead corrective actions
- Promote effective utilization of logistics systems and tools
