- Replace manual provisioning with tooling

- Replace manual repair work with tooling
- Ship changes to the fleet quickly and safely
- Set engineering standards for the team
- Coach engineers to solve operational problems with software
- Plan capacity with VPN product engineering
- Plan capacity with Proton's infrastructure teams
- Plan capacity with network providers
- Plan capacity with datacenter providers
- Plan new locations with VPN product engineering
