Anforderungen
- Strategic B2B customer relationship ownership for deep-tech/technical products
- Strong commercial instincts and ability to identify/develop expansion opportunities
- Strong technical fluency in robotics, AI, or adjacent technologies
- Ability to understand complex technical products and connect roadmaps to opportunities
- High degree of ownership and problem resolution drive
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, including with senior executives
- Willingness and ability to travel up to 10%
Aufgaben
- Own and grow relationships with strategic customers
- Serve as the primary business point of contact for strategic customers
- Build trusted relationships across customer organizations
- Develop a deep understanding of each customer’s robotics stack, product roadmap, and go-to-market plans
- Identify opportunities to expand Flexion’s role within customer platforms
- Understand where Flexion creates value today
- Understand where Flexion’s technology can enable new capabilities
- Determine what is required to turn initial engagements into long-term strategic partnerships
- Identify and develop opportunities to expand Flexion across additional robot platforms, programs, capabilities, and product generations
- Work closely with customers to understand upcoming requirements
- Identify where Flexion’s technology can create additional value
- Drive strategic account planning
- Maintain a clear view of expansion opportunities, priorities, risks, and next steps
- Represent customer needs, priorities, and feedback internally
- Coordinate cross-functionally to move customer initiatives forward
- Ensure commercial and technical blockers are driven to resolution
- Build alignment between customer roadmaps and Flexion’s product and technology direction
- Help turn initial integrations and programs into broad, long-term strategic partnerships
