- Ensure production targets are met
- Ensure clinical supply commitments are met
- Maintain GMP excellence
- Partner with Engineering, Supply Chain, MSAT, and Quality
- Align priorities with stakeholders
- Solve challenges with stakeholders
- Ensure seamless manufacturing operations
- Champion continuous improvement and operational excellence
- Support deviation management
- Support investigations
- Support root cause analysis
- Implement sustainable process improvements
- Maintain a visible presence on the manufacturing floor
- Perform strategic planning responsibilities
- Help the team navigate a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Foster a culture of safety, accountability, and collaboration
