Aufgaben
- Design, implement, and evolve the C++ core of the data management SDK
- Model domain data in a common, consistent, and future-proof way
- Apply Domain-Driven Design (DDD) to create a shared foundation for products
- Support the end-to-end data round-trip vision
- Write code focusing on clean code, good performance, scalability, and test coverage
- Maintain green SonarQube quality gates
- Embed AI-assisted engineering into daily practice to improve craftsmanship, productivity, and quality
- Act as Tech Lead for the team
- Agree and hand over high-level work packages
- Support vertical slicing and realization of work packages
- Multiply knowledge across the team
- Foster pro-active, self-dependent work
- Translate functional and non-functional requirements into module design or architecture
- Provide technical risk assessment for larger changes
- Manage technical stakeholders and peers to align design
- Drive the decision-making process
- Present results to stakeholders
- Coach and guide developers
- Conduct thorough code reviews
- Act as a role model for the team
