Anforderungen
- Degree in Computer Science or related field or extensive networking/cybersecurity experience
- Experience in Technical Customer Success Engineering, professional services, solution architecture, or technical consulting
- Technical mindset with customer-first consulting approach
- Enjoyment of technology and communication skills
- High motivation to learn new skills and expand knowledge
- Knowledge of Unix and Linux operating systems
- Understanding of networking and major internet protocols (TCP/IP, HTTP, SSL, SMTP, SSH, DNS, BGP, OSPF)
- Knowledge of network security concepts and practices
- Core security technologies: firewalls, SWG, CASB, VPN, IDS/IPS, email security, ZTNA, remote access
- Experience in design/implementation of global WAN and hub network topologies (SD-WAN)
- Self-motivated, proactive team player
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Fluent English
- Good working knowledge of German
Aufgaben
- Learn the Open Systems service portfolio and configuration management
- Engage with customers' technical staff to identify requirements
- Recommend best-practice approaches and design solutions
- Set up and deploy Open Systems services in coordination with the customer
- On-board new customers
- Provide first-class technical support for customer requests
- Act as the technical interface between development and sales
- Engage with the Mission Control organization to ensure steady operations
- Design, install, and operate globally deployed network security solutions
- Analyze customer needs and advise on solutions
- Deploy solutions from concept to production and operations
- Complete Mission Control Engineer Certification to support the Operations team once a week
