Aufgaben
- Serve as primary customer support and contact
- Manage, investigate, and follow up on support tickets to resolution
- Diagnose reported technical issues
- Coordinate resolutions with internal engineering teams
- Ensure timely and clear customer communication
- Develop and improve after-sales strategies (support, maintenance, spare parts)
- Track and report field quality indicators and issues (MTBF, failure rates)
- Maintain the customer portal (FAQs, documentation, guides, resources)
- Turn recurring support cases into self-service documentation
- Assist with drone repairs during peak periods
- Support flight-testing for continuous improvement and demonstrations
- Address challenges respectfully and constructively
