Anforderungen
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Process Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or related field
- Proven experience in technical sales, proposal engineering, or application engineering within pharmaceutical or life sciences industry
- Knowledge of containment technologies and powder handling systems
- Understanding of pharmaceutical regulations (GMP, FDA) and containment performance standards (OEB/OEL) would be an advantage
- Ability to interpret P&IDs, engineering drawings, and technical specifications
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in French
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in German
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple proposals simultaneously
- Ability to meet deadlines
- Proficiency in MS Office
- Experience with ERP/CRM systems is an advantage
Aufgaben
- Analyze customer inquiries, specifications, and URS for containment and powder handling systems
- Develop technical proposals for isolators, containment systems, and powder handling solutions
- Define technical solutions based on containment performance, ergonomics, cleaning, and process integration
- Prepare detailed quotations with technical descriptions and scope of supply
- Ensure compliance with GMP and industry standards in quotations
- Collaborate with internal engineering, process, and project management teams
- Validate technical feasibility and align solutions with company capabilities
- Support the sales team during customer discussions and technical clarifications
- Assist with bid negotiations
- Identify and propose mitigation strategies for technical risks
- Ensure proposals comply with pharmaceutical regulations (GMP, FDA, EU guidelines) and safety standards
- Maintain technical documentation, proposal templates, and knowledge databases
- Contribute to continuous improvement of proposal processes and tools
