Anforderungen
- Technical degree in electrical engineering, fire safety, building technologies, or related field
- Proven experience with fire detection or safety systems, understanding of regulations, standards, and system architectures (certification is a plus)
- Demonstrated experience in technical training, knowledge transfer, or comparable role, familiarity with digital learning formats and e-learning tools
- Excellent presentation, facilitation, and communication skills for translating technical topics

- Fluency in English (essential), proficiency in German (significant advantage)

Aufgaben
- Design, develop, and maintain technical training concepts and curricula for fire safety systems
- Translate complex regulations and architectures into learner-focused content
- Plan, organize, and conduct technical fire safety trainings in diverse formats
- Facilitate theoretical sessions and practical, system-based exercises
- Develop, update, and manage learning assets including documentation, presentations, and manuals
- Create digital learning content such as e-learning and videos
- Collaborate with internal teams on product updates and regulatory changes
- Align training content with customer requirements
- Collect participant feedback to improve training quality
- Support knowledge transfer and foster a culture of continuous learning
- Support or lead certification and approval programs
- Contribute to global and regional training initiatives
- Coach and mentor subject matter experts and junior trainers
