Anforderungen
- Technical degree in electrical engineering, fire safety, building technologies, or related field
- Proven experience with fire detection or safety systems, understanding of regulations, standards, and system architectures
- Demonstrated experience in technical training, knowledge transfer, or comparable role, familiarity with digital learning formats and e-learning tools
- Excellent presentation, facilitation, and communication skills
- Structured, self-organized, quality-oriented working style, comfortable with various learning formats

- Fluency in English
- Proficiency in German is a significant advantage
- Legal eligibility to work in Switzerland
Aufgaben
- Design, develop, and maintain technical training concepts for fire safety systems
- Translate complex regulations and architectures into learner-focused content
- Create training content for Technical Engineers, Technicians, Project Managers, Technical Support, and End Users
- Plan, organize, and conduct technical fire safety trainings in classroom, virtual, and hybrid formats
- Facilitate theoretical sessions and practical, system-based exercises
- Develop, update, and manage learning assets including documentation, presentations, manuals, and exercises
- Create digital learning content such as e-learning and videos
- Ensure learning content aligns with current regulations and product releases
- Collaborate with Product Management, R&D, and Technical Support teams
- Align training content with product updates, regulatory changes, and customer requirements
- Collect participant feedback to improve training quality
- Support knowledge transfer and foster a culture of continuous learning
- Support or lead certification and approval programs
- Contribute to global and regional training initiatives
- Coach and mentor subject matter experts and junior trainers
