Anforderungen
- University degree in Life Sciences, Biomedical Sciences, Healthcare, Engineering, or related technical discipline
- Several years of medical device industry experience
- Proven experience supporting interventional cardiology procedures
- Strong collaboration with interventional cardiologists
- Experience with cardiac occluder therapies for LAAC
- Experience supporting procedures in cardiac cath lab/hybrid OR
- Knowledge of cardiac imaging workflows and planning
- Experience with electrophysiologists and EP programs preferred
- Experience with Intracardiac Echocardiography (ICE) advantageous
- Strong sales, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Expertise in account management and business development
- Ability to develop and maintain customer relationships
- Strategic mindset with market and competitive awareness
- High initiative, accountability, and autonomy
- Excellent communication and training skills
- Proficiency with CRM systems and sales processes
- Fluent German and English language skills
Aufgaben
- Manage and develop assigned customers and hospitals
- Achieve sales objectives and drive market share growth
- Develop and implement account plans to increase procedural volumes
- Lead commercial negotiations, tenders, and procurement processes
- Represent and defend pricing and value strategy
- Analyze market and competitor activities
- Identify new business opportunities
- Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers
- Coordinate and support local Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs)
- Promote adoption of intraprocedural imaging solutions, particularly ICE
- Provide technical and clinical support during LAAC procedures
- Support procedure planning, case reviews, and clinical decision-making
- Deliver product, therapy, and application training
- Serve as a technical and clinical resource for cardiac imaging
- Support pre-procedural planning and intraprocedural imaging activities
- Collaborate with interventional cardiologists, electrophysiologists, and imaging specialists
- Act as a liaison between internal functions
- Maintain CRM/SFDC data and provide sales forecasts
- Manage consignment inventory and ensure product availability
