Aufgaben
- Coordinate and monitor import and export shipments
- Manage customs clearance activities for import and export shipments
- Issue and manage ATA/eATA Carnets
- Oversee battery and third-party material deliveries
- Ensure compliance with Dangerous Goods Declarations (DGD) and safety data sheets
- Act as a key point of contact for global transport, customs, and logistics partners
- Support transport tendering activities
- Monitor carrier performance
- Coordinate packaging activities
- Ensure compliance with sustainability and PPWR initiatives
- Issue shipping documents in accordance with customer requirements, country-specific regulations, and letters of credit (L/C)
- Issue Certificate of Origin
- Ensure compliance with international trade regulations, sanctions, and export control requirements
- Ensure compliance with company policies
- Verify freight forwarder and logistics service invoices
- Assign freight forwarder and logistics service invoices to accounts
- Improve transport and customs processes
- Focus on quality, cost-efficiency, and on-time delivery
