- 3+ years professional experience in 3D content creation, creative technology, video production, social content, or similar
- Impressive reel of clean, polished 3D videos, captures, and prototypes
- Track record of growing audience or engagement
- Strong visual judgment for 3D content
- Confident video production skills (capture, editing, sound, captions, delivery)
- High ownership and comfort with ambiguity
- Hands-on experience with 3D scanning or photogrammetry
- Experience with Blender, Unreal, Unity, PlayCanvas, or similar 3D tools
- Three.js, WebGL, React Three Fiber, scripting, or interactive coding is a plus
- Experience creating for AR, XR, Vision Pro, Quest, WebXR, or mobile spatial experiences
- Audience in 3D, VFX, games, film, design, AI, or spatial computing
- Experience working with research or engineering teams
- Experience managing online community or creator relationships
- Strong visual design across typography, layout, colour, and motion

- Turn raw model outputs into 3D prototypes
- Create clean captures of model outputs
- Produce short-form videos of model outputs
- Develop launch films based on research breakthroughs
- Create tutorials for SpAItial's models
- Generate stories about SpAItial's models for a broad audience
- Own and grow organic social presence across X, LinkedIn, and YouTube
- Manage the content calendar for social channels
- Write copy for social media posts
- Determine publishing cadence for social channels
- Develop repeatable content series for social media
- Create lightweight production systems for social content
- Use performance and community signals to improve concepts and distribution
- Find compelling ideas in models and products
- Explore model outputs to identify strong viewpoints and sequences
- Create polished, memorable artifacts from rough outputs
- Prototype new use cases for 3D foundation models
- Develop prototypes with agents and emerging tools
- Explore new creative workflows and products
- Explore new ways to interact with generated worlds
- Respond to comments and messages on social channels
- Moderate conversations on social channels
- Highlight community work on social channels
- Build creator relationships
- Surface product feedback from the community
- Help run creator programs, workshops, and jams
