Aufgaben
- Own day-to-day performance of 3PL partners across EU fulfillment centers
- Ensure consistent, accurate order processing across all sales channels
- Set, monitor, and enforce SLAs and KPIs for each warehouse and market
- Optimize outbound fulfillment processes to match local operational expectations
- Coordinate inbound logistics with suppliers, freight forwarders, and 3PLs
- Manage customs clearance at the point of entry into the EU
- Oversee intra-EU stock movement under free circulation
- Balance inventory allocation across EU warehouses to minimize delays and cost
- Partner closely with supply chain and planning teams
- Investigate and resolve operational issues, escalating as needed
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to reduce cost-per-order
- Improve delivery speed and enhance customer experience in each market
- Partner with IT and operations to optimize WMS, OMS, and ERP systems
- Identify automation opportunities across multi-country operations
- Build reporting and dashboards to track fulfillment performance and cost trends
- Turn data into actionable recommendations for fulfillment performance
- Collaborate with customer service, supply chain, planning, and engineering teams
- Proactively resolve fulfillment challenges across countries and time zones
- Serve as the operational point of contact for EU 3PL partners
- Conduct site visits across EU markets as needed
