- Oversee end-to-end technical governance for cloud operations
- Empower customers to achieve secure, reliable, and scalable cloud operations
- Align cloud operations with customer business goals
- Deliver fixed-scope, proactive, and outcome-based services
- Deliver services across the entire SAP software stack
- Support SAP's Sovereign Cloud customers
- Provide strategic cloud architecture leadership
- Provide technical governance leadership
- Define roadmaps that optimize the landscape
- Define standards that optimize the landscape
- Define best practices that optimize the landscape
- Align landscape optimization with business objectives
- Align landscape optimization with long-term sustainability
- Lead key landscape lifecycle activities
- Lead transformation initiatives
