Anforderungen
- Relevant professional experience in accounting (e.g., financial accountant), preferably at medium-sized company, startup, or consulting firm
- Ability to work in at least one common accounting or ERP system (e.g., DATEV Accounting, Lexware, SAP, or Business Central / Navision)
- Proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets; strong aptitude for numbers
- Very good communication skills in German (approx. C1) and good communication skills in English (at least B1)
- Experience in process optimization, finance and accounting tools implementation, or working with pre-entry systems (e.g., DATEV Unternehmen Online, Spendesk, MOSS, Finway)
- Interest in varied project work; support clients remotely, project-by-project, or on-site
Aufgaben
- Manage accounting and back-office projects for startups and SMEs
- Manage clients' day-to-day bookkeeping
- Assist with monthly and annual financial statements (HGB)
- Set up or optimize processes, automation, and financial tools (e.g., spend management, AR/AP, pre-entry systems)
- Collaborate with tax firms, finance departments, government agencies, and stakeholders
- Collaborate with clients on a project basis (remotely or on-site)
