Anforderungen
- Master’s degree or equivalent in Psychology
- Exceptional aptitude for scientific work
- At least three years qualified professional experience
- Several years of university teaching experience
- National and international work experience
- Ability to teach in English and German
- Publication and research activity desired
- Commitment to applied research, student engagement, curriculum innovation
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Specializations or interest in Neuropsychology, Clinical Psychology, Statistics, Diagnostics welcome
- Willingness to work in Berlin
Aufgaben
- Conduct introductory and in-depth Psychology courses at Bachelor and Master levels
- Plan and implement interdisciplinary research and development projects, including publication activities
- Advise and supervise students to achieve their goals
- Grade student work and supervise seminars, projects, and theses to high academic and didactic standards
- Establish industry collaborations and partnerships to grow the university network
- Participate in university administration and committee work, supporting UE's success
- Contribute to conceptual design of new study programmes and development of existing curricula with the Quality Management team
- Advise prospective students
- Contribute to UE’s outreach activities
