Anforderungen
- Master or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Physics or related field
- Expert with proven background in embedded software development (5 years +)
- Professional hands-on experience in Embedded AI, DSP / accelerator real-time implementation (2 years +)
- Strong programming skills in C, C++ including compiler and debugging methods
- Experience with RUST is a plus
- Experience in development of deep learning (transformers would be a plus) from scientific or professional background, preferably in perception domain
- Experience with code optimization approaches, understanding of memory dependencies
- Familiar with fixed point implementation and quantization and tool development
- Familiar with instruction sets and memory architectures, FPGA, DSP and AI processors
- NVIDIA THOR experience is a plus
- Excellent analytical skills and good mathematical background
- Ability to understand complex AI/ML algorithms, capability to find alternative implementations impacting runtime
- General knowledge about perception, tracking, fusion and path planning algorithms is a plus
- Experience in the automotive field is a plus

- Optimize AI for real-time performance
- Collaborate with algorithm and system developers
- Shape technologies and solutions for advanced hardware platforms
- Share knowledge and train engineers
- Develop and apply tools and methods
- Support hardware selection and become AI SoC expert
