Anforderungen
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or related field
- Long term experience in software development, automation, or digital solution implementation
- Several years practical knowledge of Artificial Intelligence and Generative AI technologies
- Proficiency in Python, C#, JavaScript, Java, or similar programming language

Aufgaben
- Take technical ownership of AI and ML solution development and implementation
- Provide senior-level leadership and expertise in AI and ML solutions
- Drive operationalization of complex ML and AI models
- Act as the central point of contact for operationalized models
- Design, develop, and implement AI-driven and digital solutions
- Develop prototypes, proof-of-concepts, and production-ready applications
- Develop intelligent assistants, AI agents, copilots, and automated workflows using Generative AI
- Analyze engineering and business processes for digitalization and automation opportunities
- Identify opportunities for efficiency improvements in R&D processes
- Integrate AI services and digital applications into existing systems
- Ensure scalability, maintainability, security, and compliance of integrated systems
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define high-value use cases
- Translate business needs into technical solutions
- Provide guidance during implementation and deployment
- Evaluate emerging technologies in AI, Generative AI, and automation
- Introduce and promote modern digital capabilities within the organization
