- Coordinate air freight tendering process with Stations, Area, GTM, and Countries
- Prepare and submit tenders to airlines, logistics providers, and vendors
- Negotiate terms and prices for cost-effective solutions
- Analyze air freight pricing and cost structures
- Recommend cost optimization strategies
- Complete all required air cargo documentation accurately and timely
- Ensure compliance with international air cargo regulations
- Provide customer service regarding shipment status and pricing inquiries
- Analyze shipment data and identify trends
- Report on performance metrics, including cost, delivery time, and service quality
