- Define ASOC roadmaps, priorities, and milestones
- Lead and coordinate intelligence and operational functions
- Develop and maintain 24/7 monitoring frameworks
- Develop and maintain escalation protocols
- Develop and maintain incident management processes
- Develop and maintain follow-the-sun coordination across multiple hubs
- Oversee quality and effectiveness of intelligence outputs
- Oversee quality and effectiveness of operational responses
- Establish performance standards and service expectations
- Implement continuous improvement mechanisms
- Use security assurance findings to inform intelligence analysis
- Use security assurance findings to inform operational monitoring
- Use security assurance findings to inform response activities
- Build, manage, and develop a diverse team
- Foster complementary skill sets, collaboration, and accountability
- Serve as primary point of contact for senior leadership
- Provide regular updates on ASOC performance, risks, and priorities
- Act as ASOC representative during crises or major incidents
