Anforderungen
- 1–3 years relevant experience in investment banking, corporate finance, transaction advisory or infrastructure finance; outstanding graduates with relevant infrastructure M&A internships may be considered
- Preferred previous exposure to infrastructure, energy or related sectors
- Strong analytical and quantitative capabilities
- Good understanding of financial modelling and valuation
- Excellent Excel and PowerPoint skills
- High attention to detail and ability to deliver high-quality work under tight deadlines
- Intellectual curiosity, commercial mindset and strong work ethic
- Entrepreneurial and collaborative attitude
- Fluent German and English, both written and spoken, are essential
- Advantageous international experience or exposure to cross-border transactions
Aufgaben
- Support buy-side, sell-side, and capital raising transactions
- Build and maintain financial models and valuation analyses
- Conduct company, industry, and market research
- Analyze comparable companies and precedent transactions
- Prepare client presentations, pitch materials, information memoranda, and transaction documentation
- Support due diligence processes and transaction workstreams
- Prepare investor and buyer analyses and support business development initiatives
- Contribute to the team's sector knowledge, databases, and market intelligence
