Aufgaben
- Manage a team of Application Specialists in chromatography & mass spectrometry
- Support the sales process by developing applications
- Demonstrate instrumentation and workflows to customers
- Address customer analytical needs according to market situation
- Collaborate with other application specialist teams
- Provide workflow and solutions expertise for specific technology
- Win customer deals through active involvement in opportunities
- Provide sophisticated applicative solutions in collaboration with sales reps & product specialists
- Hire and develop a diverse and highly skilled team of Application Specialists
- Maintain and develop the capability of demo centers
- Establish metrics/KPIs for Application Scientists
- Develop innovative ways to improve processes and strategies
- Increase scalability and efficiency
- Use digital transformation for efficient customer interactions
- Consolidate workflows and competitor solutions market sensing
- Oversee product specialist and sales representative team competence development
