- Fluent English (written and spoken)
- German language skills are a plus

- Analyze potential deliverables not yet on the roadmap
- Conduct feasibility projects with customers
- Conduct feasibility projects with universities
- Conduct feasibility projects with internal collaborators
- Clarify R&D roadmap priorities
- Ensure backlog reflects valuable future deliverables
- Align backlog with overall business strategy
- Align backlog with customer demands
- Align backlog with technical requirements
- Align backlog with regulatory compliance
- Interact with the RT Elements R&D team
- Interact with other R&D teams providing solutions for the RT portfolio
- Interact with product management
- Interact with clinical research partners
- Interact with industrial cooperation partners
- Facilitate communication and alignment with stakeholders
