- In-depth financial accounting, statutory reporting, or compliance experience
- Strong IFRS knowledge and GAAP frameworks understanding

- Collaborate with Finance teams and external partners on statutory compliance
- Ensure alignment between local GAAP and IFRS reporting
- Analyze differences between local GAAP and IFRS
- Support and coordinate external audits
- Strengthen balance sheet reconciliation
- Monitor balance sheet reconciliation
- Execute internal controls
- Monitor internal control execution
- Provide guidance on technical accounting topics in line with IFRS
- Drive adherence to the internal controls framework
- Support continuous improvement initiatives
- Partner with shared services and finance stakeholders to resolve R2R process topics
- Improve consistency in R2R processes
- Act as a trusted contact point for Finance teams
- Contribute to governance forums
- Support the development of closing processes
- Support the enhancement of closing processes
- Support the development of R2R practices
