Aufgaben
- Manage financial matters for European and global funds
- Deliver high-level financial reporting for client portfolios
- Manage accounting, budgeting, and reporting for real estate funds
- Ensure tax and compliance requirements for real estate funds
- Oversee investment vehicle accounting in Yardi
- Provide legal, accounting, and tax support to other departments
- Support portfolio management on performance analysis and reporting
- Support acquisition and asset management on transactions
- Supervise and guide external accountants using Yardi
- Ensure integrity and controls for asset and G/L accounting in Yardi
- Control and run closes, consolidation, and investor reports in Yardi
- Generate other reports from Yardi (e.g., banks, IPD, US GAAP)
- Enhance analysis and planning using Yardi
- Optimize cash calls and distributions for SPVs
- Prepare capital calls with portfolio management
- Optimize cash distributions from funds to investors
- Prepare and follow up on financial budgets and cash flow forecasts
- Identify tax opportunities and risks
- Manage tax planning and audits
- Coordinate tax work with outside counsels and internal Tax Manager/Director
- Ensure compliance with statutory, tax, and regulatory requirements
- Drive the legal and financial life of SPVs
- Work closely with operations on deal structuring and due diligence
- Ensure proper transfer of assets into funds
- Compute and review price offers on share deals
- Review cash flow models and agreements
- Support the financing team and debt administration
- Coordinate annual audits for SPVs and funds
- Develop and administer assessments for internal controls
- Share best practices
- Lead or assist in transversal projects to implement best practices
