Aufgaben
- Manage and track coordination across multiple parallel projects
- Drive the full delivery lifecycle of customer engagements
- Track milestones, risks, issues, and dependencies
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date project documentation
- Serve as a point of contact for customers to align on progress
- Support the organization of workshops, design sessions, and technical delivery checkpoints
- Follow established delivery methodologies and processes
- Monitor project financials by tracking hours, burn rate, and consumption
- Take ownership of routine invoicing and reporting processes
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams including Services, Sales, Support, and Partners
- Contribute to continuous improvement by capturing lessons learned
- Support retrospective sessions
- Identify potential blockers early and take ownership of problem-solving
- Escalate complex issues when necessary
- Provide general administrative and operational support to the project delivery team
