Aufgaben
- Support assessment of server hardware requirements
- Support server setup, configuration, and deployment
- Install, configure, and maintain applications in Linux
- Perform basic troubleshooting and root cause analysis
- Provide first-level technical support for customer systems
- Support product demonstrations with the Application Engineering team
- Assist in change management activities
- Maintain system documentation
- Collaborate with internal teams
- Support communication with partners and customers
- Contribute to program delivery in Japan
- Work with cross-functional teams throughout the system lifecycle
