- Perform root cause analysis for technical issues
- Diagnose single-system application failures
- Manage standard integration workstreams
- Identify and escalate complex deviations or project risks
- Communicate technical challenges and roadblocks clearly
- Handle routine technical queries from customer contacts
- Prioritize and execute technical tasks based on project timelines
- Report delivery risk proactively
- Advise on integration implementations for systems like Microsoft, SAP, Workday, and Okta
- Assist in the secure setup of customers' Staffbase environments
- Collaborate with Technical Specialists, Consultants, and Product teams
- Contribute to internal and external documentation
