- Excellent communication skills for summarizing technical audit results
- Proficiency in English
- Flexibility to travel up to 50% (incl. international)

Aufgaben
- Prepare, plan, and execute the defined audit program with EHS focus
- Identify all risks and controls through management system evaluation and risk management
- Apply auditing expertise and operational insight to identify risks
- Evaluate controls and deliver actionable recommendations for improvements
- Develop clear reports and improvement plans
- Share findings, lessons learned, and best practices with stakeholders
- Demonstrate cultural sensitivity and adapt communication to diverse contexts
- Foster organizational learning by contributing to audit methodology development
- Participate in audit program steps in coordination with the Engagement Manager
- Build trusted working relationships with the auditee
- Conduct interviews with clients to extract crucial information
- Support closing meetings with management and discuss engagement conclusions
