Anforderungen

  • Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or related discipline

Aufgaben

  • Manage transaction processes from evaluation to execution
  • Take ownership of workstreams in acquisition finance
  • Conduct financial and risk analyses
  • Prepare client pitches and marketing materials
  • Contribute to new business origination and client management
  • Manage the syndication process with the Loan Syndicate team
  • Support the Portfolio Management team in managing the acquisition finance portfolio
  • Direct amendment and waiver processes
  • Identify new opportunities with existing clients
  • Engage in discussions with internal stakeholders and approval committees
  • Share knowledge and expertise with colleagues
  • Mentor analysts, trainees, and interns
  • Review transaction documentation
  • Negotiate key points with legal teams
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
