Anforderungen
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or related field
- Three years of relevant experience in legal or professional services sector
- Knowledge and experience in Aerospace and Defense and/or Automotive and Mobility sector

Aufgaben
- Develop and execute marketing and business development strategy
- Drive client engagement and strengthen market positioning
- Support sector leadership and M&BD teams in strategy execution
- Support development and implementation of yearly business plans
- Plan, create, and manage marketing communications
- Manage implementation of seminars and client events
- Manage client-facing materials and external conference attendance
- Manage web and social media content
- Lead and support directory and award submissions
- Coordinate input for sector-specific thought leadership publications
- Collaborate with PR team on profile-raising strategies
- Support client seminars, webinars, and marketing events
- Manage event materials and vendor selection
- Develop client communications for events
- Handle event logistics and follow-up reporting
- Support evaluation and execution of sponsorships
- Negotiate sponsorship agreements and manage participation
- Plan internal meetings, retreats, and educational sessions
- Develop, manage, and support RFP, pitch, and proposal responses
- Create and maintain standard targeting materials
- Maintain credentials documents
- Support sector working group efforts as M&BD lead
- Share best practices and processes with global sector team
- Maintain key M&BD resources on global intranet and website
- Maintain team lists and master credentials documents
- Promote firm capabilities across the firm
- Support across other sectors as needed
- Manage and contribute to broader M&BD projects
- Participate in global Responsible Business program
