Aufgaben
- Define and champion brand vision, positioning, storytelling, and tone of voice
- Build brand architecture and design system
- Set and uphold brand guidelines and visual standards
- Act as brand guardian and final creative authority
- Hire, lead, and mentor a team of designers, editors, and writers
- Communicate a clear creative vision to the team
- Foster a culture of craft and continuous improvement
- Provide direct, constructive feedback and growth paths
- Set up operating rhythm with briefs, review cycles, and resourcing
- Manage through layers as the team grows
- Coach craft and process
- Concept and direct flagship campaigns, product launches, and brand moments
- Push creative beyond conventions toward bold, culturally relevant work
- Review and sign off on major creative work
- Stay ahead of trends in design, motion, gaming, and creator economy
- Translate trends into creative strategy
- Own campaigns and brand moments from ideation through delivery
- Ensure execution is on-brand, strategically grounded, and drives results
- Build a scalable production model with freelancers and agencies
- Own creative budget and vendor relationships
- Partner with product marketing, product management, and sales teams
- Translate business and product goals into creative strategy
- Build trust with stakeholders and executives
- Pair creative recommendations with business-grounded rationale
- Represent brand and creative in leadership conversations
- Ensure creative has a voice in product and go-to-market decisions
