Anforderungen
- Master's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 6 years in Controlling, FP&A, Financial Reporting, Audit, or similar finance role
- Strong understanding of financial and accounting principles (IFRS/GAAP)
- Experience in budgeting, forecasting, financial analysis, and business partnering
- International exposure and proactive, entrepreneurial mindset

- Fluent in German and English; knowledge of French, Dutch, or Arabic is a plus

Aufgaben
- Prepare, analyze, and monitor financial results
- Deliver insightful reporting and analyses on key business drivers
- Support budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning
- Coordinate month-end and year-end closing activities
- Support audits and ensure compliance with reporting requirements
- Work closely with SSC and business stakeholders
- Monitor the financial performance of customer projects
- Support project managers in budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning
- Analyze project profitability and identify risks and opportunities
- Provide regular financial insights and recommendations to management
- Assist in developing business cases and financial models
- Act as a financial partner for project teams
- Support discussions with clients when required
- Contribute to improving financial processes, controls, and reporting standards
- Participate in ERP and financial management system implementation and optimization
- Strengthen internal controls and support compliance
- Identify and drive initiatives to improve efficiency and financial performance
- Support risk assessment and mitigation activities
