- Degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Information Systems, or comparable qualification
- Understanding of supply chain planning processes and ability to assess/improve requirements
- Experience with planning systems; SAP IBP or SAP APO knowledge valuable
- Structured analysis of business processes and translation into IT requirements
- Motivation for major transformation programs and comfort with strategic change
- Clear explanation of complex topics and constructive collaboration
- Strong English and good German skills for international environment
Aufgaben
- Connect operational supply chain planning with IT, project teams, and partners
- Capture, prioritize, and translate business requirements into functional requirements
- Improve planning processes for spare parts, accessories, and consumables in SAP IBP
- Coordinate business activities from solution design through hypercare
- Ensure new solutions work in day-to-day operations
- Support planning organization with SAP IBP process and system questions
- Act as a central link between users, IT, and project teams
- Create documentation, process descriptions, and training materials for end users
- Support transition to SAP IBP from existing planning solutions
- Identify improvement opportunities in processes, data quality, and system usage
- Turn improvement opportunities into concrete actions with relevant teams
